Host a Mental Health Art Show

De-stress with “Glimmers”

Get outside!- Take a walk, volunteer to help someone with yardwork, create an outdoor scavenger hunt, have class outside, have lunch outside.

Have the group create a “feel good” playlist on Spotify

Encourage youth to try something new, such as a class or hobby

Invite a guest speaker or host a training about mental health

Green is the official color for Mental Health Awareness- host a Be Seen in Green or other spirit day to promote mental health. (May 16th is Mental Health Action Day but any day can work.)
